The association runs these competitions. Graceful girls is usually held in April/May and is open to girls from the Junior compteing section and upward. Solo/Duo Competitions are held at the end of the year (November) are are open to girls from all sections. These are purely voluntary and arrangments are made directly wit individual coaches.
